All meals are served with seasonal vegetables.
Vegetarians will be offered a suitable alternative.

All of our menus have been planned to allow for a balanced diet allowing something out of each of the four categories.

1. Fruits and Vegetables – fresh where possible, or frozen or tinned in juice
2. Fibre rich starches – wholemeal bread, pasta, rice
3. Beans, peas and lentils; fish, lean meat and poultry; eggs
4. Dairy products – milk, yoghurt, cheese
