At Playhouse Day Nursery we do not discriminate against any child or adult and provide equal opportunity to all regardless of race, religion, ethnic background, gender or disability.
Illness Policy
If your child is going to be absent could you please inform the nursery. We ask that if your child has had sickness and diarrhoea that they are clear from it for 48 hours before returning to the nursery.
Complaint Procedure
If at any time you feel there is a problem please speak to a member of staff who you feel can appropriately deal with it, for example your child’s key worker, deputy manager, manager or owner.
